​Paleo Pals is a paleontologist-exclusive club, which allowed for this invitation set to be catered and stylized to a very specific demographic. Within my research, I learned how precisely laid out and informational these scientists are with their field notes and that is something that I wanted to include in my designs. I chose to host this event at the new Fossil Hall in the Smithsonian, which was done specifically for my audience. Also, the design decisions, such as the use of military time, paperwork used by paleontologists, museum tags, archival museum envelopes, and incorporating Hatcher and Wankel, both fossil residents at the Smithsonian, were choices all influenced by my research.​
